These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and SeeCalc ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at seecalc.com (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service — including visiting any page, using any calculator, or viewing any content — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects when changes were most recently made.

SeeCalc provides a free, browser-based suite of marketing and growth calculators covering metrics including but not limited to CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, LTV, CAC, MRR, and churn rate. All calculation logic executes entirely within the user's browser — no data is transmitted to our servers during calculator use.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice or liability.

Marketing and business campaigns involve numerous variable factors — including untrackable attribution, ad fraud, platform algorithm changes, audience behavior, and macroeconomic conditions — that our formulas cannot model. Results are mathematical outputs based solely on the inputs you provide.

You should not make material business, financial, or investment decisions based solely on outputs from this Service. Always consult qualified professionals before acting on any calculation this Service produces.

SeeCalc makes no warranty that any calculator output is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. You use the Service and its outputs entirely at your own risk.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) defects will be corrected; (c) the Service or its servers are free of viruses or harmful components; or (d) results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable for any specific business purpose.

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any reliance placed on outputs, calculations, or formulas provided by the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on or through the Service
• Any other matter relating to the Service

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ZERO DOLLARS ($0), GIVEN THAT THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on consequential damages — in such cases our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

All content on SeeCalc — including calculator logic, solver implementations, UI designs, written copy, and methodology documentation — is the exclusive intellectual property of SeeCalc and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

The Service may display advertisements served by Google AdSense and contain links to third-party websites. These third parties are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.

Advertising Disclosure: SeeCalc displays third-party advertisements via Google AdSense to support the free operation of the Service. Advertisements are distinct from our editorial content and do not represent our endorsement of any advertised product or service.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only. We encourage you to review the privacy policies and terms of service of any third-party site you visit.

If you contact us via our contact form or email, you acknowledge that such communication may be used by us to improve the Service, respond to your inquiry, or for other legitimate business purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you voluntarily submit ("Feedback") shall be deemed non-confidential. By submitting Feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and incorporate such Feedback into the Service without compensation to you.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service at any time and without prior notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or acted in a manner harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers of warranty, limitations of liability, and governing law — shall survive any such termination.
