01

Introduction & Scope

SeeCalc ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website located at seecalc.com. This Privacy Policy governs your visit to seecalc.com and describes how we handle information in accordance with applicable privacy law.

This policy applies to all visitors, users, and individuals who access or use the Service. It covers information collected through the website, including via third-party advertising partners. It does not apply to information collected offline or through other channels.

02

Information We Collect

SeeCalc is architecturally designed to collect as little data as possible. We distinguish between two categories:

Calculator Inputs — Not Collected

All numbers you enter into our calculators (spend, impressions, revenue, CAC, LTV, etc.) are processed entirely inside your browser. These values are never transmitted to our servers, stored in any database, or logged in any form.

Standard Server Logs — May Be Collected

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may automatically record standard access log data: IP address, browser type, referring URL, date/time of request, and pages visited. These logs are used solely for security monitoring and are not sold or shared.

Information We Do NOT Collect

Name or email address
Phone number
Payment information
Location data
Device fingerprints
Calculator input values
Account credentials
Browsing history (ours)
Demographic profiles

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data. Because SeeCalc collects no personal information from calculator use, most of these rights have limited applicability to first-party data — but they apply fully to data held by our third-party ad partners.

GDPR (EU/EEA/UK)

  • Right to access your data
  • Right to rectification
  • Right to erasure ('right to be forgotten')
  • Right to restrict processing
  • Right to data portability
  • Right to object to processing
  • Right to withdraw consent

CCPA (California)

  • Right to know what personal information is collected
  • Right to know if personal information is sold or disclosed
  • Right to opt out of the sale of personal information
  • Right to equal service and price
  • Right to delete personal information collected

To exercise any right related to data held by Google or other third-party partners, you must contact those parties directly through their respective privacy portals. To exercise rights related to any data we directly hold (e.g., contact form submissions), email us at info@seecalc.com.

07

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

SeeCalc is intended for use by marketing professionals, business analysts, and adults. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the EEA).

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@seecalc.com and we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

Because we use Google AdSense, and Google may serve personalized ads, we have indicated to Google that our site is not directed to children. Google will not serve personalized ads to children identified as being under 13.

08

Data Security

The security of our users is a primary concern. All traffic to seecalc.com is served over HTTPS with TLS encryption. Since all calculator logic is client-side, there is no server-side database containing user calculation data that could be breached.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we use commercially acceptable means to protect information, we cannot guarantee absolute security of any data transmitted to or through third-party services including Google AdSense.

09

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Privacy Policy.
